eSeed: Two-Thirds Married

TWO-THIRDS MARRIED
Read Matthew 11:28-30

A bachelor said to me, “I’m two-thirds married.”

“How’s that?” I asked.

“I’m willing, and you, the preacher, are willing,” he explained.

That being the case, you’re two-thirds saved. God’s willing and I’m willing. But to be two-thirds saved is to be totally lost. For you must be willing.

Your will is yours. You can make it God’s or not. Just as you choose.

God calls you, but He won’t compel you to come to Him through His Son.

No one becomes a Christian from compulsion, only choice.

You don’t have to become a Christian, but I pray you will. Will you?

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Thou didst put my life together and planned it carefully. Today I ask Thee to take over in my life, giving me wisdom for my mind, strength for my body, and grace for my heart: through Christ. Amen.
