A clock was given to a city by a rich man, and the councilmen were to keep it pointing to the correct time.
One day it stopped, but after ten minutes it started again.
Men, women and school children looked at the clock for the correct time. They thought they had time to spare. So they didn’t hurry to their destination.
One clock pointed to the wrong time. Many were late for their appointments.
What about your life? Are you pointing to the wrong time? Does your life ring true? Will someone miss heaven because of you?
Prayer: Heavenly Father, come into my life and make me a help, not a hindrance. Help my life to be an example to others. Let the beauty of the Lord Jesus be seen in me that I might woo and win others to Thee and to heaven: in the name of Jesus. Amen.
