A professor said to a student, "Your work should be written so the most ignorant can understand it."

"Yes," admitted the collegian. "Which part can’t you understand?"

You’ll be misunderstood by man, never by the Lord. His understanding is unlimited.

He understands your condition. He knows all about your failure, and He can bring victory out of defeat.

He understands your care. He knows the "why" and "what" of it. He can solve your problem.

He understands your capacity. He knows what you can and can’t do. He’ll guide you to the place that’s profitable.

Be assured that as He understands so He undertakes.

Prayer: Father, Thou dost know the things that are trembling on our lips. Come into our hearts, giving us Thy cleansing and Thy companionship, making us completely Thine: in Thy name. Amen.
